Title: Factorization Tests and CKM Matrix Determination in B Decays

Abstract: 

Recent semileptonic B decay measurements by the CLEO Collaboration
have yielded a large value of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa 
matrix element Vcb.  The implications of this value for 
interpreting CP violation experiments and for testing
factorization in nonleptonic B decays are discussed.
