Title: Physics at the Charm Scale in K -> pi+ nu nubar

Abstract: 

The rare decay K -> pi+ nu nubar is important in the determination of the
matrix elements of the CKM matrix.  In the effective theory below the charm
scale dimension six operators give the leading contribution to this decay.
However, dimension eight operators could potentially introduce significant
corrections.  I estimate the strength of these effects.
