Title: Physics at a Neutrino Factory

Abstract: 

Several efforts are underway to plan for a further program of neutrino 
physics after the currently planned experiments.  Under consideration 
are experiments with higher intensity conventional beams,
and ultimately, a neutrino factory based on a muon storage ring.
I will summarize studies of the physics potential of such a program.
