Q	- averaged over 16 channels threshold Qthr (fC) at Uset=150 mV and 
          test thru equivalent Cinj. The threshold per channel defined as 
          Qinput at which the channel is 50% efficient.
Ns	- average noise (fC) at Uset=150 mV and test thru equivalent Cinj. 
Gn	- average gain (mV/fC).
Offs    - average offset (mV).
Qm      - max Qthr (fC) at Uset=0.
U20	- average Uset (mV) needed for Qthr=20 fC.
Cint    - measured average internal capacitance (pF).
Q	- average Qthr (fC) at Uset=150 mV and test thru internal Cint=0.25 pF.
Ns      - noise (fC)  at Uset=150 mV and test thru internal Cint=0.25 pF.
Rt	- average resolution time (ns) at Uset=150 mV and Qin=100 fC in test 
          thru equivalent Cinj.
