If you are unable to register electronically, please contact our Conference Staff (link to email address). The conference fee is $375 for early registration and $425 for late registration. The deadline for early registration at the rate of $375 is August 15, 2003. Payments can be made by credit card, money order or checks payable in U.S. dollars only. The Welcome Reception, luncheons, coffee breaks, Conference Banquet, excursion and proceedings are included in the conference fee.
